Co-Active Coach Training and Certification Process
Co-Active Professional Coach Training is widely recognized as the industry’s most rigorous certification program and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). After completing the certification process, you will be eligible to earn the prestigious designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), respected worldwide as the gold standard of coaching. You will also qualify to apply for your Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation.
1. Introduction: Co-Active Fundamentals
This introduction to the Co-Active Model and the first coaching course in the Co-Active Coach Training series focuses on experiential participation. As a Coach Candidate, you will have numerous opportunities to apply coaching principles and receive feedback on your newly acquired skills. This course can be taken stand-alone and is recommended for anyone seeking practical systems for managing relationships with others, even if your goal is not to become a professional coach.

2. Intermediate Co-Active Coach Training
After completing Fundamentals, this sequence of four courses builds on the learning and skills you’ve gained, diving deeper into essential Co-Active coaching principles: Fulfillment, Balance, Process, and Synergy. This immersive and interactive training will develop your awareness and skills personally and professionally. You will gain competency in facilitating the Co-Active Coaching Model — one of the most in-demand coaching, leadership, and organizational development methodologies.

3. Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) Certification Program
After completing Fundamentals and Intermediate Coach Training, this 25-week program deepens your coaching mastery, allowing you to earn official professional coaching certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Weekly sessions build on each other as you hone your skills under the supervision of professional coaches, develop a plan for your coaching business, and become fully prepared to earn your Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation, a highly respected and sought-after certification in the coaching industry.
